We protested against the Reddit staff hiring a deplorable and abhorrent human being who was unfairly given "protection" that was resulting in people's accounts getting suspended for mentioning her name.

We were a tad bit late to the party, as the issue was resolved several hours after we went private, so we felt that to make sure our protest wasn't gone to waste, we stayed private for the day to raise the awareness. The subreddit is back in full motion.

We appreciate everyone showing their support and backing our decision. Rip and Tear.

I watched the stream of his playthrough of the two final levels of the base game of Doom Eternal, and I gotta say, I was half expecting the stream to be delayed again, just because of the backlash that TAG2 and the recent update got. I thought they'd just wait for some of the heat to die down and simmer out before they say or do anything publicly. But the man not only showed his face, but addressed it right off the bat. Regardless of what your opinion on the dlc and update are and the missteps the devs may have made, you have to admit, this man, and probably everyone at ID, cares about the community. It's very rare that a developer acts this way towards their fan base, and I gotta say it's commendable. Hugo Martin, being the current face of ID has displayed some true cojones. Anyway, I'm excited to watch more of these streams in the future, and always excited to keep playing the game at progressively harder difficulties and "git good". Hope lots of you are as well.
