• Please help? Doom Eternal will NOT run whatsoever. This is my last hope. Seriously. I've posted about 4 or 5 times about this and the issue has persisted for months. Customer support isn't helping me. It's not an issue with my hardware. I need advice, I am desperate. Seriously irritating me. Ugh!!!!

I've tried looking up the error code but apparently 0xc0000005 could mean a variety of different things. ------------------------------------ I'll click play and It'll just go back to green. no error code, no window, nothing. ------------------------------------ ​ ^^^^ ​ drivers are already up to date as you can see here. ------------------------------------ "It's been months. I literally CAN'T run doom eternal. I've posted about 3 or 4 times about this issue and can't get anything resolved. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling, verifying game files, checking task manager for running processes, updating drivers, and still nothing. I don't understand?" ​ I've uninstalled and reinstalled the game 6 times. I've verified the game files 6 times. I've deleted the cache. I ran everything as an administrator. I deleted steam and all steam related stuff and reinstalled. I deleted every left over file from doom eternal. still nothing. I contacted bethesda's customer service about this. they INSISTED that my GPU isn't good enough to run the game even though I clearly ran the game on max settings with no performance issues for over 50+ hours before this issue started occurring if you take a look at the screenshot below: ​ clearly good enough to run the game. -------------- here are some previous posts I made about the issue.
